Many scientists support the statement that the guava leaf rinse stops hair from falling. They say that if you use guava leaves every day, they help to combat hair loss.

Why does it works? It works because guava leaves have a high content of vitamin B, which is necessary to maintain a strong and healthy hair. So, if you are losing hair and want to stop it from falling before it is too late, you should prepare this diy remedy.

You will need:
A handful of guava leaves
1 liter of water

Rinse the leaves well, boil them in one liter of water for about 20 minutes, let cool down and remove the leaves.

Wash and then rinse your hair with this water making sure that you apply it on your scalp with a circular massage. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, rinse, and style as usual.

You can also leave this water on your hair overnight and/or longer than 20 minutes. This rinse will leave your hair with a nice scent.

You can use this rinse as much as you want.
Even though you can store this water in the freezer, I don’t recommend doing a big batch, at the end of the day this is an all natural remedy and it is better when used fresh. You can store for up to two weeks.
