I had my daughter last November and now it seems that my hair is dull and starting to thin out especially in the front. Any suggestions to counter this and get my hair growing again?
I always suggest doing apple cider vinegar rinses, change ur shampoo to something that does not contain sodium laurel sulfate, a lot of shampoos dry your hair out and do more deep conditions. Your scalp needs TLC so consider hot oil treatments and massaging your scalp to stimulate opening the follicles.
