beauty hacksWether you are new to the gym or you have been doing it for quite a while you will know that during and after our workout routine, we don’t look  our best. But lucky you I am sharing the best 5 Beauty Gym hacks to look flawless at all times.

  1. Add Suavitel Fragrance Pearls to your gym bags and shoes. I avoid bad smell in my gym bag and my workout shoes by just adding a handful of Suavitel Fragrance pearls to a pouch and placing it in my gym bag and inside my tennis shoes after every workout.suavitel fragance peals
  2. Use Hair Oil to keep your scalp clean and fresh during your workout. Hair oils are a great way to keep your scalp clean and smelling fresh during and after your workout. Hair oils also keep your hair hydrated, shiny, and healthy. Tea tree oil is one of the best to do the oils
  3. Use BB cream. If you are one of those people that say that makeup is a no no during a workout routine, but at the same time want to look fresh, BB cream (CC or DD ) are your best friend, they moisturize, protect against the sun, and at the same time leave the skin looking flawless.
  4. Create a hair product cocktail. I am a super fan of hair cocktails for almost every activity out of the house that involves washing my hair. What is a hair cocktail? it is basically just mixing in one jar/bottle all of the products you normally use to avoid carrying around a lot of hair products. That basically means; Oil(to seal) + leave-in conditioner (to soften the hair) + curl defining cream (to define your curls). If you want to wash your hair at the gym or you are traveling, hair cocktails will save time and space, you can thank me later.
  5. Use the steam room to stimulate hair growth . Yep, heat will bring the blood to the surface and therefore help to throw off impurities that are close to the surface. I love to do a cardio exercise with my deep treatment on my hair and then get into the steam room for at least 10 minutes. The results are bouncy, healthy curls.
