If you don’t know the concept of Walmart Neighborhood market, let me tell you that it is the faster, easier and more affordable way to shop for your everyday needs, it is not your traditional Walmart store (except for the same great, everyday low prices), Walmart neighborhood market in Riverside is smaller with a great selection of produce, amazing meat and amazing people.
These fresh Produce infused water are as easy and fresh as you see in pictures, so go to your Walmart store and grab: Rasberries,Blueberries, oranges, strawberries, mint, cucumbers, lime, lemon, you will also need mason jars (just because they look cute) water, straws and if you want to go a little extra on the benefit buy a gallon of Aloe Vera, Green tea and Honey.
Infused Water 1: Cut 2 strawberries, 1lime and about 10 blueberries. put it in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours Infused Water 2: Cut 1 lemon, 1/2 cucumber and 1/4 cup pf mint. put it in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours Infused Water 3: Cut 1 lemon, 1/4 cup of mint, 10 raspberries, put it in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours Infused Water 4: Cut 1 lime, 1 Lemon, 1 orange,put it in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours
You can add aloe vera juice or green tea to any of these infused water if you wish, I particularly like to add these ingredients at the end when I am ready to drink it. Add honey if you wish, but be mindful about it, if you are trying to loose weight or just cut on sugar this may not be a good idea “moderation is the key”.

This is my routine for a beautiful confidence, what is yours?
Your diet and lifestyle will determine your health and weight, that is why it is so important to fill your days with heathy choices, here are 4 steps to take into consideration f you want to win the battle against weight loss or to just maintain a healthy weight.
Step 1. The Cleanse:

It’s the New Year and we have 365 empty sheets to write our own destiny!! I believe new year is the perfect time to start a healthy routine, eat right and of course include an exercise routine. I used to go to the Gym a lot, but in the past years I brought my workout to the outside, not only is it, well, free, but it also fits my schedule needs. It is very important to wear the appropriate clothing, specially when you workout outside, an outfit that allows you to do and feel your best. With a little preparation, you can find the right look for less.
Weather Condition: check your local weather before your workout routine outside to choose your outfit. The right look can keep you warm during winter cold months and protected during summer. Since I live in Southern California I don’t have to worry so much about extreme cold weather but in the morning it is kind of chilly, so I have gone to Sears and purchased fitness gear from US. Polo and Joe Boxer, this light colored sweater is perfect to start my run and keep the sun’s rays away from my body, I love this sweater because if it get hot, I can easily wrap it around my waist.
Feel Good: When I am wearing an outfit that I like and feel good wearing, my confidence goes up and I feel that I can conquer the world. I am not a jogging pants kind of girl, that is why this US Polo athletic capri pants are my favorite and in color black because I ate a little too much over the holidays. :/
Motion: It is all about movement chicas, you need an outfit that can move according to your activity while you feel comfortable in.
Shoes: just as you choose the right heels for the right dress, you also need the right sneakers for your outside run.
