7 day challenge for hair growth

Say adios to short limb hair— I got you a new (and healthier) way to achieve that hair light that you are looking for. This is a 7 days challenge for hair growth from the inside out and it doesn’t involve spending a lot of money. O told you before, no matter who may lotion and potion you apply on your hair if you don’t take care of your inside you will be wasting your time and money.

This challenge and its actually pretty simple, but I most warning you, that it does have a side effect, only that for some of us, the sides effect is actually a good one: You may feel amazing great, energize and may loose a couple of fund.

 Challenge for hair growth:

  • Take a multivitamin, look for one with biotin & antioxidants.  
  • Sleep at least 8 hours every night, as sleep decrease stress and anxiety. When you are under a lot of stress your stomach acids can decrease, inhibiting your body to properly assimilate all the vitamins, protein and nutrients essential to healthy growth.

  • Get up and move. If you want long healthy hair you may want to consider sweat it out. With sweat goes toxins that helps unclog the hair follicles the same way it does to our skin. When we exercise and sweat the blood flows increases and that nourishes the hair and promote hair growth. No need for a gym membership or expensive equipment, you can start with this 7 day running challenge for beginners.   • One cup of green tea a day. Green tea is a good source of polyphenols, Vitamin C and Vitamin E that are great to stimulate hair growth. Green tea helps to stimulate hair growth and make it soft. 
  • Eat clean. Eating clean means that you will choose fresh produce and say adios to any process food. Include protein, whole grain, a lot of greens, fruit, vegetable, nuts and salmon into your diet.
  • Drink a lot of water. I leave this for last, but any of these healthy hair growth tips works if you don’t take a lot of water to nourish your hair from the inside out and to allow the protein you are taking to do it works.

paleo_quinoa_red_peperBeautiful, healthy hair comes from the inside out and I will not stop repeating myself over and over again. If you want healthy hair (and skin) stop spending so much time rubbing stuff on your head and get your curls to the kitchen and start preparing recipes that promotes healthy hair from the inside out. At the end you will have the hair you want, even and young skin and as a super bonus, healthy good looking body. So I got some paleo inspiration and made this yummy recipe “velvet paleo delish” with a hint of El yucateco Habanero sauce.

If you don’t know about Paleo diet, I will just put it this way, you eat basic foods like: fruits, vegetables, sweet potatoes, meat, bacon, and fish! (there is a lot more about paleo diet, but I want to keep it simple). You also have to eliminate caffeine (which I will never do) and alcohol (hello, NEVER). With these lists of food, there is no wonder why people on this diet have better, thicker and shinier hair, skin, and nails, because this diet is high in nutrients such as zinc, biotin, and iron. Paleo diet also loves Egg yolks which is one of the most concentrated source of biotin (so important for hair growth)

Red meat and shellfish are some of the best dietary sources of zinc, while cereal grains actually decrease zinc absorption due to the presence of phytates. Because of this, people who avoid red meat and shellfish and consume lots of whole grains (in other words, people who follow a conventionally “healthy” diet) might not be getting adequate zinc, which could lead to poor hair and nail quality.

For this powerful hair growth recipe, I will be using simple ingredients : Red bell pepper, quinoa, turkey bacon, olive oil, green onions and El Yucateco new Black Label Reserve hot sauce for easy, flavorful, low calorie way to try something new. 1.- cut the bacon in little pieces, cook until your preferred texture
2.- Cook the Quinoa according to the package
3.-Mix the quinoa, bacon, chop green onions and  add El Yucateco new Black Label Reserve hot sauce
4.- Cut the Red bell pepper into any shape you like (I made it into a basket, or so)
5.- Fill the red bell pepper with your mixture, put olive oil on it and put it the oven for 15 min. 350 degrees.

Regular physical activity: regular exercise and physical activity are the best healthy choices you can make to feel better, stay fit, have healthier hair and skin, and you can do it if you are on a budget, because there are a lot of exercises that you can do right there in your city, for example, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing,running, etc.- To get the most out of your exercise, you should at least do it for 30 minutes on most days- fit_in_the_city
  2. Eat a Healthy diet: eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to be rich, believe me (well because I eat healthy, and I am not rich lol). Eating healthy means to include in your diet fruits and vegetables, lean meat, whole grain, fish, cut back on fats and sugars, eat non processed food every day, and yes you can do this on a budget, try your local markets and discount stores, specially early in the mornings.
  3. Use free apps: we all have mobil phones, right? So use it to make your healthy choices without adding a penny. Drink more water, you can’t find a more easy way to make healthy choices than including more water in your diet, just plain water. drinking water has tons of benefits for your health and wellness in general without adding calories. Drinking water also improves the skin and hair keeping it shiny and hydrated and it is the best and affordable way to flush toxins away from your body, makes you feel better and with more energy.
  5. Avoid Stress, choose your battle, there are only two kinds of problems: the ones you can change and the ones you can’t and neither of them deserve your stress about it. Make the healthy choice to lower your stress, by doing so, you lower your blood pressure and reduce emotional and physical pain, try listening to music that calms you and makes you feel peaceful, breath slowly and deeply, share you emotions and feelings with a close friend, these tips always help me and I’m sure it will help you too.

The bottom line is that you can make healthy choices everyday, start small and build on that, challenge yourself to live a healthy, natural life everyday!!!
