A Culinary Journey in San Sebastián: Cooking Class Adventures! Exploring Basque cuisine through the MIMO Bite the Experience in San Sebastian was an unforgettable adventure! Taking a cooking class is truly the best way to dive into the rich flavors and traditions of this region.

Our culinary journey began with a delightful walk to a local market, where we handpicked the freshest ingredients. The vibrant market atmosphere was a feast for the senses, and it gave us a real taste of the local culture. We interacted with friendly vendors and learned about the seasonal produce and traditional ingredients that form the backbone of Basque cuisine.

Next, we made our way to the cooking class location, which was not only beautiful but also equipped with the latest appliances. The setting was perfect for a hands-on culinary experience. Our chef was both funny and incredibly helpful, making the cooking process enjoyable and educational. Plus, we had wine flowing throughout the session, which, as you can imagine, was a fantastic addition to the experience!

San Sebastián cannot be understood without its gastronomy. With 19 Michelin stars within a radius of 25 km, this city is a culinary paradise. This is just the result of a society that genuinely loves its culture. From pintxos to main traditional dishes, there is a lot to unveil in San Sebastián.

Pintxos, the Basque version of tapas, are a must-try. These small, flavorful bites are found in bars and taverns throughout the city, each offering their unique twist on classic flavors.

The main traditional dishes of San Sebastián are equally impressive. We prepared a hearty seafood stew that showcased the region’s love for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
