Baking soda for curly hair/ bicarbonato de soda para tus rizos

There are many mixed comment about baking soda treatment for hair, but and I speak for myself, I love the way my curls feel and look after use this paste.It been a while since the last one and my curls are shrinkage more than ever..

To balance my hair PH balance I do a ACV rinse after my baking soda treatment.

Baking soda rinse

1/2 cup of baking soda
3 cups pf very warm water
allow to dissolve and used as your shampoo
A baking soda hair wash will clean out the excess product, remove impurities, and clean your hair

Baking soda conditioner

1/2 cup of baking soda
1 cup of your favorite conditioner
1 tea spoon of your favorite (s) oil

It’s clean my hair and scalp well and yes, it help the length of my hair. please take note how important is to know your hair’s specific needs and health ,!! curly to curly may vary!

wash and detangle your hair, divide into 4 or more parts

Apply the paste into your hair
Rinse the conditioner out and did a ACV rinse to balance your hair PH.
Use on a plastic cap for an hour or so

Existen varias opiniones con relación al tratamiento con bicarbonato, pero, y yo hablo por mi experiencia, a mi me encanta como deja mis rizo. Ya van varios meses desde la ultima vez y noto que mi pelo esta muy rizo y se encoje en un 50%. En este post se explica explico por que no todas están de acuerdo. Seria muy importante también que leas un poco sobre la porosidad también (perdón los dos post son en ingles).

Después del tratamiento yo me doy un enjuague con vinagre de manzana para balancear el PH de mi cabello.

Enjuague de bicarbonato de sodio

1/2 taza de bicarbonato de soda
3 tazas de agua caliente
disolver bien y usar como shampoo
El bicarbonato de soda elimina el exceso de producto, remueve impurezas y limpia el pelo.

Bicarbonato como acondicionador

1/2 taza de bicarbonato de sodio
1 taza de tu tratamiento favorito
1 cucharadita de aceite o aceites de tu preferencia
Limpia mi pelo y el cuero cabelludo y si, me ayuda con el largo de mi pelo a que no se encoja tanto, es decir relaja o suelta un poco mis rizos. por favor toma en cuenta lo importante que es conocer tu pelo, sus necesidades y su salud, de pajon a pajon se rompen moldes.Pelo sin productos de acabado

divide tu pelo en 4 o mas secciones
