There is no magic key to unlock your natural hair’s true potencial, in fact there is no magic key for anything you want to achieve in this life and certainly when it comes to beauty and health, you have to sweat and work hard to get it – sorry to ruin your false expectation with a little bit of reality- But unlocking your natural hair’s true potential may be not as hard as you think, and since I believe that “your thoughts” are the ones keeping you away from unlocking your hair’s true potential, let’s start with that…
Things are beautiful at the eyes who appreciate it. Our natural hair is gorgeous, but you have to believe it in other to unlock it’s true potential. Often I see and hear women complaining about their hair but when I look at it, I find it beautiful, yet they don’t. No matter how much products you use or what you do, if you don’t transition your mind to a natural, curly, frizzy, big hair stage, you will never see how beautiful your hair is.
Hair is supposed to be a dead “thing” but mine is pretty much alive and is sometime a brat, I tell you. Natural hair is trainable and in order to unlock it’s true potential, you have to train it and style it the way you want it to be. You can’t expect to have defined curly hair if you use the flat iron all the time and then one day you decide that you want your hair with healthy, shiny, and perfect curls, really? I wish that could be possible, but is not.. Take care of your hair with love, hydration, deep treatments and a healthy diet, and you will have the natural hair you want.
Many women feel the pressure of expectations about beauty and that causes them to be frustrated, miserable and confused about how they should look. Break those expectations about yourself, your beauty, and your hair and you will live a simple, peaceful and full of joy life, learn to work with what you have knowing that your unique beauty and curl pattern is beautiful and most importantly, “it’s yours”.

No hay llave mágica para desbloquear el verdadero potencial del cabello natural, de hecho no hay ninguna llave mágica para nada que quieras lograr en esta vida y, desde luego, cuando se trata de belleza y de salud tienes que trabajar duro para conseguirlo – siento arruinar tus falsas expectativas con un poco de realidad- Pero sacar el verdadero potencial de tu cabello natural puede no ser tan difícil como piensas, y como creo que el principal problema esta en lo que piensas y esperas de el, vamos a comenzar por hay….
Las cosas son hermosas según el ojo que las mira. Nuestro cabello natural es hermoso, pero tienes que creértelo para sacar su verdadero potencial. A menudo, algunas chicas se quejan de su cabello y cuando yo lo miro me parece que es hermoso y no tiene nada de malo, mas sin embargo, ellas no los ven así. No importa la cantidad de productos que utilizes o lo que hagas, primero tienes que hacer una transición a tu mente, el olvidarte de lo que nuestras madres, abuelas, tías o tíos opinan del cabello rizado, tienes que mirarte al espejo y creerte que el cabello rizado es hermoso y perfectamente imperfecto.
El cabello es supuestamente “una cosa” muerta, pero yo les aseguro que mi cabello rizado tiene bastante vida y personalidad propia y hace lo que quiera, pero esto no me causa stress. El cabello rizado se entrena, no puedes esperar que después de usar herramientas calientes todo el tiempo, un día solo decidas que lo quieres rizado, sin frizz y “perfecto” y el te responda, seria un sueño hecho realidad, pero no funciona así. Trata tu cabello con amor, hidratalo, alimentalo y el te lo agradecerá con un cabello saludable y manejable.
Muchas mujeres sienten la presión de las expectativas sobre la belleza y esto las lleva a la frustración, estar triste y confundidas acerca de cómo deben verse. Frena esas expectativas acerca de ti misma, tu belleza, tu cabello y vivirás una vida mas simple, pacífica y llena de alegría, aprende a trabajar con lo que tienes, consiente de que tu belleza, tu cabello, tus ojos, TU, eres única y eso es hermoso.
